IT Manager

Our international transportation client is looking for an IT Manager to support their 10 people technical support team based in San Francisco. The manager will be responsible for a 24/7 support team in a multi-technology environment. The supported systems include: workstations, kiosks, display devices, servers and other associated hardware.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a BA/BS in business or IT management and at least 5 years of experience in the management of a large complex system and staff. The ideal candidate will be able work with all levels of management and customer employees and be able to provide exceptional customer support and be manage changing priorities. We are also searching for a Manager who is still very hands-on providing technical support. Excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential. Certifications including MCSE, CCNA or PMP are a plus.
